Our Story

From Military Service to Contract Management Excellence

A5N Prime LLC was co-founded by service-disabled veterans Aaron Getter and Nick Holmes — Managing Partners who recognized that the skills forged in military service translate directly to the demands of federal contract management: planning under pressure, managing complex logistics, leading diverse teams, and executing missions with zero margin for error.

What started as a small operation has grown into a multi-state contract management firm with W-2 employees in 5 states, company-owned equipment, and a portfolio spanning multiple federal agencies. We've managed everything from year-round grounds maintenance at VA medical centers and Army Reserve installations, to portable chiller rentals supporting hospital operations, to recurring grounds work at VA national cemeteries.

Our growth is deliberate. We don't chase volume for volume's sake. Every contract we take on gets the full weight of our management infrastructure, our subcontractor networks, and our shared leadership attention. That's why our clients come back, and why our past performance record is our strongest marketing tool.

Each leads a distinct functional domain critical to the firm's performance, ensuring no part of the business is left without senior ownership.

Aaron Getter

Managing Partner

Aaron Getter is a service-disabled veteran and Managing Partner of A5N Prime LLC. He leads the firm's operations, business development, and proposal organization — directing capture strategy, subcontractor management, and field execution across A5N Prime's active contracts.

Aaron served 22 years in the United States Marine Corps, beginning his career as an enlisted Marine before commissioning as an officer. He deployed to both Afghanistan and Iraq, and served in multiple instructor and logistics officer billets over the course of his career.

Aaron's hands-on operational background and deep federal contracting experience drive A5N Prime's pipeline, win rate, and on-the-ground performance. His emphasis on disciplined execution and accountable subcontractor relationships ensures that every contract is delivered to specification, on schedule, and aligned with the customer's mission.

Nick Holmes

Managing Partner

Nick Holmes is a service-disabled veteran and Managing Partner of A5N Prime LLC. He leads the firm's federal and state regulatory compliance, financial management, and cash-flow operations — overseeing the systems, controls, and reporting infrastructure that keep A5N Prime audit-ready across every jurisdiction in which it works.

Nick began his military career as an enlisted Marine before commissioning as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. He deployed alongside the U.S. Navy in Japan, embedded with the Norwegian Army and the Romanian Navy in support of allied operations, and later served as an intelligence officer in Afghanistan.

Nick holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. His finance and technology background underpins A5N Prime's pricing, risk management, compliance infrastructure, and the operational platforms that keep multi-state contracts running on schedule.
